Welcome

Head of Diversity & Inclusion
Candidate information

Thank you for your interest in the RSPCA, and in this role. I feel hugely privileged to be leading the directorate of People and Culture at one of the most exciting points in the Society’s history, and I’m looking forward to meeting positive, expert and inspiring candidates for this vital job.

Our 2030 Strategy goals are highly ambitious, and we have so much work to do to convert that ambition into reality. The steady, patient work of the past few years means that RSPCA is now ready to drive a step change in our focus on reach and impact. We have a strong and ambitious Board of Trustees and team of Directors who are building on the foundations of our new strategy, moulding our charity to respond to the times we’re in.

I’m passionate about employee engagement, equality and diversity and developing a culture of inclusion, dignity and respect to ensure everyone can fulfil their potential. Your work will help to build on our achievements so far, and make an important contribution to strengthening our inclusive, appreciative and forward-looking culture.

The past few years have seen transformative change reach to every corner of the RSPCA, and that process of change is now having a hugely beneficial impact on our external work. Let’s keep up the pace.

Yours sincerely,

Fiona Evans
Director of People and Culture, RSPCA
